Who I Am
I'm Robert Earl. I've been a licensed real estate professional since 2000 — over 25 years as an agent, broker, team leader, and coach. I've run my own team, closed thousands of transactions, and trained hundreds of agents from day one of pre-licensing through their first year of production. I've worked alongside mortgage professionals, home inspectors, and appraisers my entire career, and I've coached agents and brokers through every stage of building a real business.
Why I Built This Site
When I started coaching new agents, I noticed the same problem over and over: people were wasting money on the wrong courses, studying the wrong material, and walking into their exam unprepared. The information online was thin, outdated, or written by people who had never actually sat for the exam.
I built Pass and Earn to fix that. Every course review on this site is based on real evaluation. Every state guide is built from primary sources — state licensing boards, ARELLO, NMLS — not recycled blog posts. If I recommend something, it's because I'd recommend it to my own coaching clients.
